I am so grateful to Kat at Strength & Intent for helping me in my nutrition journey.

Investing in your health - both physical and mental - is one of the most valuable investments in my opinion

Adequate exercise and nutrition really is a powerhouse for these two things. Without a doubt, training with Kateri is the best investment I could’ve made for myself. Having her as a coach has really helped me stay accountable with goals I’ve always wanted to reach but was too scared to pursue.

In our time together, my relationship with food has tremendously improved, I am no longer under-eating and overexercising or avoiding certain foods, and have seen so much progress with my lifts.

From the time we started working together to now, I have been consistently amazed by the amount of support, knowledge and resources Malisa has provided me.

I have SO much more energy on a daily basis, and my digestion is also SO much more predictable. Before I started working with Malisa, I knew my body was strong BUT as I realized in my first meet, I did not fuel myself in a way that made me confident I would be able to perform well CONSISTENTLY. Kateri has been a dream coach to work with.

She has helped me fine-tune my nutrition and decrease my stress levels from trying to micromanage everything on my own.

Whenever I've had a question, she's answered immediately and her responses have always shown how empathetic & educated she is. I've never felt like a burden, which actually was the case with my previous coach from a different company. Even though I am no beginner to fitness and nutrition, she has managed to level up my nutrition and I feel really great. There is not a single other person I trust to help me through my journey… Malisa not only cares about your physical health but she cares about your mental health as well.
